How we handle website information and the details you choose to share with us.
Last updated 9 October 2026
Who this notice covers
PhilSid Concept & Design Commercial Inc. is responsible for the personal information it receives through this website and related inquiries. This notice explains the website's current features and how to contact us about your information. Separate notices or agreements may apply to employees, suppliers, or confirmed projects.
Information you provide
The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, furniture or project interest, and message. You may also share information when you email or call us directly. Please provide only what is needed for your inquiry; do not include passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, or sensitive personal information in the website form.
The form prepares a message in your chosen email app. Typing into it does not submit your details to our website database. We receive the message only if you send it from your email app. Your email service may handle the draft and transmission under its own privacy terms.
Technical information
Requesting the website or its images sends technical information to the services delivering them. This can include an IP address, browser and device information, request time, and requested page or resource. Search terms in a page URL may form part of request records. Hosting, delivery, and security services may process this information for operation, security, and troubleshooting.
A small preference stored in your browser remembers whether the introductory animation has been shown. Staff sign-in and draft previews use authentication and preview cookies. You do not need a customer account to browse the catalog.
Why information is used
Processing must have an appropriate basis under applicable law, such as your consent, steps requested before an agreement, contractual or legal obligations, or necessary legitimate interests that do not override your protected rights. Where a new purpose requires consent, that purpose must be explained separately. Sending an inquiry does not by itself subscribe you to marketing.
Catalog filters use categories and search text; they do not make automated decisions about your eligibility, credit, or suitability for a service.
- To answer your inquiry, discuss furniture or project requirements, and take steps you request before a possible agreement.
- To carry out an agreed project and handle related communication, where applicable.
- To operate and protect the website, administer content, and investigate technical problems.
- To meet applicable legal obligations or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Services and recipients
Information relevant to an inquiry may be handled by personnel responsible for responding or managing a resulting project. Service providers may process information necessary to provide hosting, security, storage, authentication, or email services. Disclosure may also be necessary when required by law.
The website is hosted on server infrastructure and uses Cloudflare for delivery and security. Supabase provides catalog/content storage, public images, and staff authentication. The published contact mailbox uses Gmail. Inquiry text is not sent to Supabase by the website form; sending an email uses your email provider and the receiving mailbox service.
These services can operate in more than one country, so technical or email information may be processed outside the Philippines. The applicable provider terms explain their own handling of information; our responsibility for lawful processing continues when using providers.
Keeping information
Unsent form entries are held in the current browser page and are not saved in the website database. Your browser may have its own autofill or history settings; a draft opened in your email app is managed by that app.
Inquiry correspondence should be kept only while necessary to respond to your request or manage a resulting project, and thereafter only for an applicable legal or legitimate retention purpose. Records should be deleted or de-identified when that need ends. A confirmed project may require a separate retention schedule for its records.
Technical logs, email-service records, and backups follow the relevant service settings and retention arrangements. You may contact us to ask about the retention conditions that apply to a particular record or to request deletion, subject to applicable requirements.
Security
The website uses HTTPS and restricted staff authentication for administration. Appropriate access and handling controls are needed for inquiry correspondence and provider accounts as well. No website, email service, or transmission method can guarantee complete security. Please contact us if you believe information has been exposed or misused.
Your privacy rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and applicable rules, you may ask about the processing of your personal information, request access or correction, object to processing, withdraw consent where consent is the basis, and request erasure or blocking where applicable. Data portability and other remedies may also be available subject to legal conditions.
Send a privacy request to the contact below with enough detail to identify the relevant inquiry or record. Reasonable verification may be needed to protect your information, and some requests can be limited by legal obligations or the rights of others. You may also raise a concern with the National Privacy Commission.

Links to maps, social media, and other websites lead to services with their own privacy practices. This notice will be updated when the website's information handling changes. The date above identifies this version.
